S22 Ultra AirMiles and Samsung Care plus

Hello everybody,

I ordered S22U on Feb 9. By now, I did not receive 400 +100 AirMiles (That Samsung Website mentioned will receive in 60 days) and I can not see Samsung Care plus as well.

Is it the same as yours?

Hi, You can expect to see Miles posted to your AIR MILES Cash or Dream Account within 60 days.

Any additional Bonus Miles can take up to 120 days to appear in your Account. If it has been longer than the times listed above, you can file a Missing Miles request at airmiles.ca/missingmiles.

Do you mean I need to wait for 4 months to get What Samsung promotes when you purchase a phone? It supposed to be a JOKE!

You might want to call in for your Care plus..I belive it should show you in the samsung members app under your device registration. That's the more important piece..

I called them and the agent told me Samsung is no more providing Samsung Care information on Samsung Member App. I talked with her supervisor she said the same thing. But I don't think so, it should be like that...

I'm still waiting as well purchased my 1tb green model on Feb 9th still no care plus.
