Galaxy SHi, we were expecting inventory to arrive in our Canadian warehouse. However due to overwhelming success of our new product launch, we have been impacted, therefore still waiting on many models to arrive. At this time, I wish I could give you a firm date, but unfortunately I do not have a confirmed timeframe for your order. Again I apologize for the delay, however, as soon as we receive the inventory, we will be shipping out your order as soon as possible. I can appreciate your frustration and disappointment. At least you have replied and you seem to be in the know, but your fellow Reps are all over the place just giving very *vague* answers.
