Galaxy SHi,
I'm in Singapore, my S22 Ultra which I have bought in September 2022 started having the green line after updating the OS to v6.1. (fairly common issue I know)
Tried contacting the Samsung online helpdesk who told me to do a factory reset and now a second green line has appeared on the screen. (first green line turned to pink)
The helpdesk person then told me that she could not advise me any further, as there is no official policy released by Samsung regarding the S22 Ultra and told me to head down to a service centre instead.
Looking through the Samsung community posts regarding this issue, I have noted that most posts just kind of ended without an updated solution in the end.
Is anyone able to kindly advise me as on the further actions I can take before I make the trip down to the service centre?
(Saw that there are users who were offered the option of replacing their LCD for the cost of S$50+, I just would not like to make the laborious trip down to a service centre only to have the option of replacing their LCD at full cost of S$300+ like what some the other users have experienced)
