If you don't get confirmation within the hour it will most likely cancel and they don't tell you why. My first order was "Waiting for Approval" for over 10 days and only after I got on the chat with someone did they cancel. After my third order not working I called and was told I entered the credit card information incorrectly. I entered it as instructed on my fourth order and am still having the same problem. This is definitely a Samsung issue.
