S22 Ultra "on the way" for 3 days (Canada)

I have been watching my Samsung s22 ultra order like a hawk since Feb 25th. I placed my pre-order on Feb 9th for a red 512gb. For the longest time it was "customizing" finally on Monday it changed to "ready to ship" and the  later "on the way". However, it is now Friday and I have yet to receive an email with a tracking number or updated delivery date. 
It honestly bothers me ... what is the point of pre-ordering?
Has anyone else been in the same boat? It seems to be impossible to get any information from customer service. 
Does anyone know what delivery service they use in Canada (Ontario)?

Seen various different answers people have gotten from the samsung support. Answers vary from could be an additional 2-4 weeks before you get a tracking number or any other updates, or could be a couple days. All bets are off at this point, but I 100% will not be getting a samsung for my next upgrade. This could have all been a much less awful situation with proper transparency, but they already have our money so it doesnt matter to them.

On the way means it's o nice way to Canada.

In the blue wording ull see it says processing.

Until that says dispatched it's not on the way to ur house.

It will say preparing to diap5ach then a day or so later will say dispatched.

I'm assuming it comes in next week or week after.

"On it's way " is Samsung language for another 2 plus weeks before you see your new device.

Yea very frustrating, I'm also in Canada pre ordered 512 GB my order still says processing hasn't been any changes. I guess upside to that is if it doesn't change i won't get my hopes up that's it's on the way. I've talked to numerous customer service reps and didn't get any further ahead very disappointing
