Galaxy SIf you haven't already, Boot into Recovery and Wipe Cache, see if that helps.
You shouldn't have to, but you could also increase the Virtual RAM, but unless you have like a billion apps running at the same time, that shouldn't be necessary.
Clearing Cache should be all that is needed.

Galaxy SHi, we suggest you to perform Wipe cache on your device.
This will not erase personal data on the phone.
It deletes temporary cache files in the phone.
1) Turn off the device.
2) Press and hold the Volume Up key and the Power Key.
3) When the Android logo displays, release all keys ('Installing system update' will show for about 30 - 60 seconds before showing the Android system recovery menu options).
4) Press the Volume down key several times to highlight “wipe cache partition.”
5) Press the Power key to select.
6) Press the Volume down key to highlight “yes” and press the Power key to select.
7) When the wipe cache partition is complete, “Reboot system now” is highlighted.
Press the Power key to restart the device.
Also, we recommend you to perform camera reset for the camera issue and check if your issue is solved.
Open the Camera app >> tap Settings or Gear icon located on the upper-left corner >> tap Reset settings >> tap Reset to confirm.

Galaxy SPLEASE edit your instructions!
If a device takes 30 - 60 seconds to see the Recovery Menu, then the device has major issues!
It should not take more than 5 seconds MAXIMUM to get to the Recovery Menu.

Galaxy SInstead if deleting posts that criticize your very wrong estimate of time to get into Android System recovery menu you should admit your mistake.
Very disturbing for everybody to have somebody in control of our posts that can not admit when they are wrong.
Try it yourself on any modern device and you will see it is 5 seconds or less

Galaxy SThe ridiculously long amount of time to get the Recovery Menu, as suggested by Samsung's Moderators.. isn't quite as bad as when they say that Flashing the US Betas will void the warranty.. That's just false!
You are Flashing Samsung's own Firmware, using Samsung's own tool, Odin.
You aren't Flashing a Custom Boot image.
Along with the incorrect information that you can not revert to a previous version, the ONLY time you can't, is if there's been a Bootloader version change.
etc.. 🙄
