Has anybody experienced a stuck pixel?
If yes, any tips on how to fix the stuck pixel without having the hassle to visit an official Samsung service center?

P.S. already have tried an app wherein it flashes different scenes that are supposed to reset said stuck pixel. Despite it having been on for 10 minutes, it still there.

Thank you.

That could be a possible screenburn or led damage, you need to have it checked at a Samsung store

Unfortunately when I experienced this also and the only way to resolve was to bring to the Service Center. Best to do it while your phone is still under warranty - they had to replace my LCD.

Bring it to a Samsung Service Center to have it checked.

Thanks everyone! This will be the second time that my screen would be replaced. First was when the original phone's frame had odd untraceable chipping. Now, this.

My unit must've been made on a Friday. lol.

Sorry about your experience. Looks like Samsung needs to step up on their QC. I also needed to get my S pen replaced at some point. Now, my glass back panel is starting to come loose after 3 years and will be having it checked.

Dang, you have it pretty rough, too.

I honestly love Samsung's new OS as well as its flexibility with regards to interaction among other Android phones. But the quality is just questionable thus far.

I just hope this is an isolated case, would be sad to see other new Samsung users to experience the same hassles.

I really love Samsung too! I'm on the Note 10+ and it still works well. Can't imagine switching since I've become so dependent on Samsung Notes for everything.

Good luck!
