Hey anyone else Having trouble getting shipping label for trade in,  in Canada? I finally recieved my s22 ultra but no return shipping label e mail, I've contacted Samsung couple times said they would send one. I'm worried I will get charged the full amount.  If they don't receive my trade in

Same here. No sign of the supposed follow up email with trade-in shipping details. Glad to see it's not just me.

Yes me too, I'm just worried about not getting promo for trade in and the trade in value billed to me as it says in the fine print for not sending in the trade in. Glad to see it's not just me keep me posted if remember and you recieve anything please

Trade in with Samsung is the worst decision you could make. Sell it privately. People have done it and got $38 instead of promised $200 and the new phone is still missing! There is a member here who has just experienced that!

Hi, You can download the way bill from the link by entering Offer number and Postal code to check the trade-in status.

Send us your trade-in device in either the shipping box your new device arrived in or another sturdy box or envelope with protective padding.

Pack the trade-in device securely and place it in the centre of the box.

To help protect your trade-in device during shipment, wrap it with plenty of padding material such as recycled or reused packaging paper, bubble wrap, or packaging foam.

Limit of one device per package. If you visit a FedEx location and present the shipping label, you may be provided with an envelope with protective padding, free of charge.

Seal all open edges of the package with packing tape.

Be sure to cover or remove previously used shipping labels from the box.

Attach the shipping label to the outside of the box, taping all four sides of the label with clear packing tape.

Couldn't find it, it said error.  So whet am I supposed to do. I received my phone last Thurs, I called CS , they said I would get it 2 to 3 days. Still nothing . Thanks
