I ordered 2 S22 Ultra. 1st on 24 Feb and 2nd on 30 March. I received the first phone in March. I reached out to Samsung multiple times to get the trade in information. No response yet. On the other side the 2nd phone which was ordered in March today we received email that the phone is on the way and received trade in email for this device. But unfortunately the link is not opening it shows error that invalid offer number. So tired with Samsung..

Okay that make sense, if it was an exclusive colour it wouldn't be prepared to dispatch for another month LOL.
