S22 Ultra - Video sound quality sounds mono

For the S22 Ultra, I find the video's audio is not as clear and crisp compared to Note 10 plus.    The video's audio in the S22 Ultra seems a bit mono and lower volume.  

The sound is clearer and louder on the Note 10+ compared to the S22 Ultra.  The Note 10+ has a higher frequency sound than the S22 Ultra.

We are comparing 2 identical video files. We are comparing the sound of the video files between the Note 10+ and S22 Ultra. The sound quality on the S22 Ultra is not as clear and crisp compared to Note 10 plus. The audio in the S22 Ultra seems a bit mono and lower volume.

I am attaching some screenshots of the difference in video audio quality between the Note 10+ and S22 Ultra. The S22 Ultra waveform clearly shows poor audio quality and lower volume and less frequency compared to the Note 10+.

I am playing all the videos back on the computer.

This screenshot is the sound waveform from the Note 10+.  It is better frequency, clearer and louder sound.

I have compared from the 2 phones using the voice recorder app, and still have the same problem, regardless of whether I use the voice recorder app or camera app.

Known fact. The speakers on S22 U sound bad when compared to Note 10 plus. Its most likely a hardware thing.  I am not sure if this can be fixed via software.

Actually I played back on my computer and they sounded slightly differently. Maybe the mic is an issue

Hi corporatei, we suggest you to Try Hardware test from Samsung Members app.

STEP 1. Open Samsung Members.

STEP. 2. Tap on Diagnostics.

STEP. 3. Tap on Test hardware.

STEP. 4. Choose the speaker to check and optimize the performance.

I played back the video files on the computer and both sounded different. Likely a software issue

How come the sound is clearer and louder on the Note 10+ compared to the S22 Ultra?  The Note 10+ has a higher frequency sound than the S22 Ultra.

Device has been brought into service, did a through test, no problem was found.  So this is a coding software issue?
