It was after an update and unable to get any help from samsung service I brought this mobile 3 months back and I sent this device 2 times to the service center by now..

If you're comfortable with going into recovery mode, you can try this. Just be careful. Otherwise, you can lose data.

Turn off your phone.
Connect a USB cable to PC or another Samsung mobile.
Next, press and hold the Volume up and Side key simultaneously, while holding the keys, insert the usb cable into the phone.

Samsung Logo followed by Samsung Galaxy appears on the screen.
Phone will boot into Android Recovery mode.

In Android recovery mode, using Volume keys to navigate, choose “Wipe Cache Partition”. Then press Side Key.
Confirm by selecting “Yes” and then press Side Key.
You get “cache wipe complete” at the bottom of the screen.

Restart the phone to complete the process.
