I've been a Samsung user for over a decade now and had J and A series before. I never had any issues with my previous Samsung devices before. What's even more frustrating is that, the screen line issue is gettinf worse day by day. More lines are appearing. I contacted customer service and yet, they're not helping at all. Many have reported about this issue now since the update and yet they're not giving us any resolutions. I just left my phone overnight and now my screen is trash. I'm disappointed SAMSUNG!

oops. naka samsung rin ako since galaxy y. haha. tsaka htc pa nga uso nun.. never ako magka ganyan. baka sa case po yan at handling.

No po, Since Galaxy Y din po ako nagstart and I'm very careful with my devices po. Most of my phones lasted 3-5 years po.

Walang kinalaman ang case dyan. Issue talaga to sa mga OLED screens manufactured year 2020 onwards.

mumurahin nga lang po case ko pero maganda. lumagpak na rin phone ko. 2 feet high ilang beses na pero ok pa naman. yoko mag update sana nga nag stay ako sa andy 5.0 malakas battery dun e.

Magupdate ka. Mammiss out mo ung mga important ai features. Anong phone ba gamit mo?
One ui 7 doesnt drain battery.
