S23 Quick Call Decline feature gone for 1 contact

The quick decline feature does not show when my wife is calling but shows for all other contacts or unsaved numbers. Very weird and annoying since my wife is the person I need to decline most 😛

I was going to say, maybe she called Samsung and had them shut that feature off😅

Hi, just to confirm are you saying Quick decline feature is nothing but Quick decline message when an incoming call comes through to your phone.
