S23 Ultra Camera Failure after UI7 update

I tried Resetting the Camera settings from within the Camera itself and also did - Settings > Apps Search for the Camera & Click on it > Scroll down to Storage & Clear Both Cache & Data for the Camera and restarted my phone.

The camera app still fails to load. Please advise.

Hi amritamarathe,

We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with the camera following the UI7 update. As you have already attempted all available troubleshooting steps and the issue persists, we kindly recommend visiting the nearest Samsung Service Center. Our service technician will conduct a physical inspection of the device and provide the necessary assistance to resolve the issue.

Thanks for your response.

Is their a customer support number for troubleshooting on phone? They don't have Samsung tech center near me.

I would like to try that first.

You could try Phone Diagnostics under Support on the bottom right of your screen in Samsung Members and see if it finds any problems for you

I ran the diagnostics twice... All clear and good. I noticed today that if I press the Camera icon, get three options - Take Selfie, Record Video and Take portrait.

I was able to take a selfie but that was blurry. And when I chose the option for record video - I see the camera fail message again. The camera app does not load at all.

Please share Samsung customer support phone number. Thanks.

If you look down further on the page under support- on the page you tried diagnostics you are given more options for help and a number to call

The best places to ask are online forums like reddit. I've found that company websites, workers, mods, and admins are completely lackluster compared to some random people on the internet when it comes to almost anything.

The most you usually get places like this is the "turn it off & on again" type replies where they usually want you to reset your whole phone to solve a problem.
