My S23 Ultra slowed down taking burst shots. Not sure why this is so. Need advice.

Download Good Lock App and download the Camera Assistant. You can adjust the shutter speed with this application.

I turned off motion photo and resolved it. I have Camera Assistant set for burst shots. I am able now to get burst shots. Working like a charm.
