S23 Ultra Not supported anymore?

Did samsung stop supporting Canadian updates for S23 Ultra unlocked? Updates were slow before, but now no update since July 1. 2024. Never buy a sumsung $1800 phone again. Lack of timely updates not worth the cost.

Samsung has been likely working on the One UI V6.1 Update for the S23 Ultra, which it is Tentatively scheduled for September 17th.

Google has an agreement that OEMs using Android have 90 days to provide Security Patch Updates. 

Of course, it would be great if the Security Patch Updates were released concurrently with Google's, but.. Samsung has greatly improved from a few years ago.

NOTE that the Updates come from Samsung's Servers, not the Canadian Carriers.

The last update for the S23 Ultra was on July 19th. The big one (6.1.1) is coming, so I guess that's why they skipped the August update.

My flip 6 is stuck on April 1st and every time I try to update i think it's a April fools joke

Are you referring to your Flip 5? The Flip 6 was only released in July of this year. I would assume that its security patch is at least up to date as of July.
