S23 Ultra OneDrive Synch Only When Charging

By default, OneDrive is configured to "Camera Upload" and when auto synch is enabled, there is a setting:

 "Upload only when charging"

I switched to Gallery Synch and there is no setting for Upload only when charging.

Is there a setting for this elsewhere or is it automatically enabled?

It appears that the only options you have for setting up Sync with One Drive, are WiFi Only, Cellular Data or WiFi, and a setting for whether or not to Sync while Roaming. It does not seem that there is any option to Sync Only When Charging.

Yes also prefer to only sync when charging. Please bring back that option.
