We started living with this giant on February 10th. As a former apple user, he made me experience all the beautiful aspects of android during our one-month relationship. The incredible appeal of Android is undeniable. However, this union did not last well. We have been experiencing WIFI problems since day one. It connects to WIFI whenever it wants. I tested it with many wireless networks. I reset the phone. I did everything but he still connected to WIFI whenever he wanted to. Face recognition only turns on once, even if I try 10 times. I guess he doesn't like my face. Fingerprint succeeds 8 times out of 10 attempts. Definitely not 10 in terms of quality. didn't make me feel it. As a result, it doesn't deserve such a large amount of money. No matter how disappointing we are, our love continues. Also, exactly 18 days after I bought the phone, I saw the $380 lower price. I had an incredible sense of deception. I mentioned my disappointment to Samsung customer service. they said get well soon to me in a nutshell. I can give 7 out of 10 for the phone and 3 out of 10 for customer service. It may be a good idea especially if you are switching from apple to android, but you should think twice as a brand.

Every flagship phone whether it's Apple or Samsung experience problems in the beginning and get better with time through updates. Thankfully Samsung is one of the better android OEM's when it comes to updates and i believe they know about the wifi issues and it should be corrected via updates. As for Samsungs customer service Apple definitely has Sammy beat there. Now pricing. I wouldn't say it's deceitful, it's pretty well known that Samsung devices get heavier discounts as the months go by i guess you didn't do enough research unfortunately. Hopefully this was of some use to you.

Tap and hold on samsung Members Icon and tap on Error report >> select the category from the below >> Describe the issue and check the option "send system log data" then send.

An expert from the Samsung Members team will try and respond to the report as quickly as possible.
