Wifi drop off every 10mins when I am browsing videos. only happen to my phone not my bf phone though we are literally just at the side.
Sent to Samsung service center and they couldn't identify the issue. Try factor reset and every means found online but issue persists. Disappointed with samsung.

My wife is also using Samsung 23 Ultra no such issue. One problem could be ... did you use custom/static IP settings instead of Dynamic IP? If yes, you might want to check if your phone and other devices are having the same static IP set.
This can also be easily tested by connecting to other WiFi network such as those in cafe and etc. If other WiFi network works fine then likely it's the one WiFi setting that is being used and likely no fault of phone itself

Based on my experience, it might be caused by the wifi router. Easiest way is to reset ( off and on ) back the router.
Btw, is the router supplied by internet provider?
