I can't update my file even though I have an update. It telling me that i needs to update stuff in galaxy store but there is nothing in there to update and it can't connected. Help please

Are you talking about the the One UI V6.1 Update, Galaxy Store update, or apps in the Galaxy Store? 

If it's the Galaxy Store, go to Settings > Apps Search for the Galaxy Store & Click on it & Scroll down to Storage & Clear Both Cache & Data for the app & Reboot.

You're not the first to have the issue.

You can try downloading My Files from apkmirror.com and manually installing it.
