According to SammyFans, you may see something on September 9th? 

If SammyFans is correct, it will be more substantial than a regular Security Patch Update.

Is it carrier based in Canada? If so I'm on Rogers.

No it's not Carrier based in Canada. Samsung releases the OTAs directly from their Servers in Canada.

Cumulative Security Patch Updates would be included in the OTA... whenever it arrives.
