I know lots of people have had issues with Bluetooth audio not working with their car since the one ui 8 update. All Samsung does is recommend pairing/unpairing, deleting caches, uninstall/reinstall apps. Samsung has wasted so much of my time "troubleshooting" this and I am kind of fed up. Anyone have a fix for this?

Sometimes you need to reset your car's radio; it's a known fix for some manufacturers.

Did you delete your phone on your car? Try deleting both on your phone and car and start pairing from scratch. Then try connecting again go to Bluetooth and press the wheel on the right and it will bring you to my 2nd screen and switch on calls and audio .1765053981095.jpg1765053981121.jpg

Hi -kev,

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced with Bluetooth audio connectivity following the One UI 8 update. We understand how frustrating repeated troubleshooting can be, and we appreciate the time you have already invested in attempting to resolve this issue.

To assist further, please consider the following steps, which may help restore proper Bluetooth audio functionality with your vehicle:

Reset Network Settings

Open Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset network settings.

This will refresh all Wi‑Fi, Bluetooth, and mobile data configurations.

Check Car System Firmware

Ensure your vehicle’s infotainment system is updated to the latest firmware version, as compatibility issues may arise after major phone updates.

Safe Mode Test

Restart your device in Safe Mode to rule out third‑party app interference.

If Bluetooth works correctly in Safe Mode, an app may be causing the conflict.

Software Update

Check Settings > Software update to confirm you are running the latest patch, as Samsung often releases hotfixes for post‑update issues.

We regret the disruption this has caused and assure you that your feedback is valuable in helping us improve future updates. If the issue persists after these steps, we recommend visiting Samsung service center directly with your device and car model details so that our team will help you further.
