Galaxy SAlso, with the RAW image, you can process it yourself and then maybe see what change will cause the bending.
You could also try another camera app like ProShot or Open Camera.

Galaxy SBanding is typically caused by insufficient information such as only low number of colors. I doubt that's the cause. Over processing can create banding, which is more likely the cause. That's why getting raw data from the sensor and processing it yourself should allow you to see if the raw data is OK.
