Hello! Anyone else have the issue where super fast charging is not working after updating to One UI 7, even when using official Samsung chargers? When I plug it in, the phone says it is super fast charging, but it is not, and charging is slow. I bought a USB-C cable that shows the wattage used by the phone when charging; it shows between 1W and 8W. Before updating to One UI 7, the cable showed close to 40W with a 45W brick.

I played with the settings and restarted my phone multiple times. The only thing I didn't do was a factory reset. I'm trying to avoid that since I have a lot of apps and data on my phone; it would be a cumbersome process.

If it's an option, you could back up all of your info to the cloud or to a laptop/PC

Also try to contact samsung about a warranty claim if you have samsung care or your phone was bought less than a year ago

Even clearing the Cache partition in recovery mode might help without any data loss

The update has been a huge mess. Battery draining issues, super fast charging issues. Recovery mode not working. I'm getting "PDP backup fail" message when trying to enter recovery mode. I guess I'll have to do a factory reset because I'm starting to lose patience with all the issues since updating to One UI 7 last week.

I had to switch to a different charger if I recall and make sure my settings were on super fast charging. Now, my phone charges quite fast but it drains battery at a rate I have never seen on a cell phone before.
