S24+ Update Problem?

Hi everyone,

I wanted to check if anyone else with the Galaxy S24+ (SM-S926U) is experiencing the same issue.

My device is still stuck on Android 14 / One UI 6.1, with no updates showing up for months. Here are my current details:

- Model: SM-S926U

- One UI version: 6.1

- Android version: 14

- Current build number: S926USQU1AWM9 / S926UOYN1AWM9 / S926USQU1AWM9

- Security patch level: January 1, 2024

I’ve tried checking for updates manually through Settings → Software update → Download and install, but it always says my software is up to date.

Is anyone else on the same build or facing this delay? Could it be carrier-related, or is there a rollout issue with this particular model?

This is because the U variants are carrier models. Outside of their network they don't get the updates. You'd either need to manually flash the update or convert your U variant into the U1 variant which is the US unlocked model.
