Dear Samsung users. Just take note your s24 doesn't have WiFi 7 enable. Although advertised

You may file a report to consumer affair. Before that, you must contact or inquire to Samsung Malaysia to have their reply/answer in this matter. If no result, then can file report to consumer affair.

Yeah I did..but Samsung didn't reply them too. I think we need to really push Samsung to act.

It should be all. Either way. Malaysia unit software is block from accessing any 6ghz (6E or WiFi 7). Singapore unit can access it.

S24 and + support WiFi 6e which is also not enable in Malaysia. Singapore has.

Samsung Software in Malaysia is locking WiFi 6e/7.

Yes I'm using ultra..but I'm on s23 ultra. My goal is for Samsung to fixed their software and enable 6ghz bandwidth for the Malaysia unit. Malu la... Apple Ada, Huawei ada. Xiaomi pun ada

Yes. Apple I tried with iPhone 15 .. it detect my router with 6e.
My laptop HP also can access it. Samsung s22 ultra singapore set also can detect..only Malaysia unit of S, Z and Tab cannot use. I called Samsung and they promised to update software to enable it. But it was 1 year ago. I been calling monthly since.

ya i understand your sentiment. could be issues with licensing or approvals etc we dont really know.

Like in the past, the watch3 was supposed to have bp monitor, ecg but was not available in m'sia until much later as it needed approval from ministry or something. Other countries got it earlier.

VOLTE was also the same, samsung flagships didnt 'support' cos the phone operators didnt enable it. Apple on the other hand, was enabled fairly quickly.

Same with samsungpay. slow acceptance until apple jumped on board .

I guess we just have to bersabar. :)
