Hi, anyone experiencing what happened to my phone?

On february this year, this problem happened once, sent my phone for services/repair at Samsung Authorised Service Centre. They just flashed new software and it was okay for a while.

Today, same thing happened again. 

Kind of getting frustrated with this issue as I have just bought the phone new, last December.

That sounds really frustrating, especially since your phone is still quite new. If the issue keeps coming back even after a software flash, it might be a deeper hardware problem. Have you tried asking the service center for a more thorough check or even a unit replacement if it's still under warranty? If the issue is widespread, Samsung might release a fix in a future update, but if it's just your device, you might need a more permanent solution.

Make sure you didn't install app from unknown source.

Nope. Always installed apps from play store or galaxy store. No 3rd party apps
