Has anyone had this issue? I make calls and it drops seems to only happen on 5g. I have sent out my phone for repair they said it was an issue with the antenna which was replaced. The issue still continues.... I call, call drops, you call, "this number is currently not available" or it drops. When I switch to 4g this issue goes away any advice?

Thanks in advance.

A couple of things to try:

If you're using a Physical SIM, try removing & Reinserting it.

Reset Network Settings.

Are you in a location with good Cell service?

It's also possible that the repair wasn't done properly?

Sim works fine in my other phones have been fighting with Bell since February and had Samsung "repair" my device saying it was an antenna issue which seemed to fix it till the latest update. Never had this issue with my s23 ultra. 5 new Sim cards and swapping back and forth from esim to physical with no success. Restarting my phones fixes it for a few hours or minutes and factory reset does the same.

Only other things I can think of:

Try Booting into Safe Mode & see if calling is working properly.

Open the Samsung Members app & Click on Support & run the Diagnostics for the phone. See if you get any error messages?

Send an Error Report to Samsung.

Send it back to Samsung to get it repaired again.

Hi blackfear0,

We regret to hear that you are experiencing calling issues with your Galaxy S25. As you have already attempted all the recommended troubleshooting steps suggested by RedDogRabbit, we kindly request you to visit your nearest Samsung Service Center.

Our service technicians will conduct a thorough physical examination of the device to identify and resolve the issue. Since the SIM card appears to be functioning correctly in another device, the problem may be specific to the device.

We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to assisting you further.
