I just upgraded to a S25 Ultra from n S20 FE and I can't seem to swipe away notifications on the lock screen. They are static unless I tap on them to open them. Is there a fix for this so I can swipe them away?

Here are a few potential solutions that might help:

1. **Check notification settings**:
- Go to **Settings** > **Notifications**.
- Make sure that the option to swipe away notifications is enabled.

2. **Update your software**:
- Ensure your device is running the latest software version. Go to **Settings** > **Software Update** and check for updates.

3. **Restart your device**:
- Sometimes a simple restart can fix temporary glitches with notification functionality.

4. **Clear cache**:
- Go to **Settings** > **Storage** > **Cached Data** and clear the cache.

5. **Reset settings**:
- Go to **Settings** > **General Management** > **Reset** > **Reset Settings**. This will reset your settings to default without deleting any data.

Hi nodnarb89,

We understand how important this feature is for efficiently managing your notifications.

Currently, the ability to swipe away lock screen notifications may function differently on One UI 7 compared to previous versions. This change has been noted, and while notifications on the lock screen are designed to display important updates, along with the steps provided by miracle_3372, there are few more steps you can take to customize or manage them more effectively:

Review Lock Screen Notification Settings: Go to Settings > Lock Screen > Notifications. Select "Details" rather than "Icons Only" for better interactivity.

Enable Always-On Display (AOD): Notifications on AOD may be more manageable. Enable it under Settings > Lock Screen > Always-On Display.

Thank you.

Hi,

Yes with One UI 7 I can't swipe to clear the notification on the lock screen which is really annoying. I don't want to show detail for security reasons. So I'm left with having to unlock the phone to clear it which is very unsatisfactory and defeats the object.
