Galaxy SI went on the chat with Rogers to ask why it says 5G+ without seeing n78 band and they said my app is saying wrong...I think for now 5G+ is just marketing to sell phones. I am supposed to get close to 1Gbps under the tower and I was able to get 330mbps.
Alsondon't forget that high frequency bands used with 5G (except 600MHz) have issues going inside buildings. If you have no trouble outside you have your answer. There is a way to disable some bands but I don't we are allowed to post that here 🤣

Galaxy SAre you using a physical SIM or ESIM? If it's a physical SIM is it a New SIM? If not, try removing & Reinserting the SIM.
Try eSIM if you are using a physical SIM.
Try Resetting the Network Settings & Reboot.
No issues with my S25 Ultra with Rogers.

Galaxy SI did that, I removed it and inserted it and kept doing the same thing and did the network resetting and also a factory reset and I keep having the problem. And when I put the SIM card in my S24 plus, it works perfectly fine

Galaxy SEither switch to eSIM or request a new SIM from your Carrier.. Just because the SIM works in one de, doesn't mean that the SIM is fine.
