On Jan. 23 I happily pre-ordered the s25 ultra. I received it on Friday 31. In my house the phone worked perfectly fine while connected to my wifi. Today I went to my job and I noticed that my phone network was jumping from on to off like 6 times per minute. Especially when I was in a 5G area. So I couldn't call, I couldn't use the internet I literally couldn't use my phone because the network was not working.
I came here to try to solve the problem following all the steps and nothing worked. I contacted tech support and nothing worked. They asked me to go to a technician 45 min away from me to fix a NEW PHONE that cost me 2100 dollars plus taxes.
I contacted tech support again and asked them to get a refund or get another phone and they have been ignoring me.
This has been the worst experience I've had with Samsung. All my devices are Samsung (Watch, earbuds, tablet everything) and I can't believe they just sent me a DEFECTIVE 2 thousand dollars phone S25 Ultra.

Attached all the proofs

What I can say is that I don't face your issues but at work I can see 5G or 5G+ and I barely have 1mbps in upload with Rogers. I have tested also with LTE Discovery app and I don't see 3500MHz band available even if they say 5G+ at the bottom of a tower. If you have alot of problems with 5G lock to LTE under network connections.

I'm with Rogers as well. But what pisses me off is the fact that I don't have this problem with my S24 plus. It works perfect. And I don't see the point of having a 5G phone that's not able to connect to 5G

I had a S20 without issue too but it had not 5G+ enabled on that old device. They will probably adjust the profile of the device on the next update.

I went on the chat with Rogers to ask why it says 5G+ without seeing n78 band and they said my app is saying wrong...I think for now 5G+ is just marketing to sell phones. I am supposed to get close to 1Gbps under the tower and I was able to get 330mbps.

Alsondon't forget that high frequency bands used with 5G (except 600MHz) have issues going inside buildings. If you have no trouble outside you have your answer. There is a way to disable some bands but I don't we are allowed to post that here 🤣

I have problems as soon as I leave my house. Look the video I attached, you'll see what it does, just on and off

Are you using a physical SIM or ESIM? If it's a physical SIM is it a New SIM? If not, try removing & Reinserting the SIM.

Try eSIM if you are using a physical SIM.

Try Resetting the Network Settings & Reboot.

No issues with my S25 Ultra with Rogers.

I'm using a physical SIM, a 2yo SIM card that I got in 2022.
I did that, I removed it and inserted it and kept doing the same thing and did the network resetting and also a factory reset and I keep having the problem. And when I put the SIM card in my S24 plus, it works perfectly fine

Either switch to eSIM or request a new SIM from your Carrier.. Just because the SIM works in one de, doesn't mean that the SIM is fine.
