DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO COMBINE THE NOTIFICATION DROP DOWN MENU WITH THE SECOND DROP DOWN MENU TO THE RIGHT WITH ALL THE OTHER TOGGLES???

Pull down right menu and choose the pencil which brings up the choice with panel settings at the top left that you need to choose to accomplish this
