Hello everyone. I switched from Huawei to Samsung s25 ultra because I expected the camera to be better but also much worse than Huawei p40 pro. When I take a photo and then decide to enlarge the image, even with just 2 taps on the screen, the quality deteriorates, and on my old Huawei maximum zoom, everything is crystal clear. also it's my girlfriend's phone which is only S25 she switched to it from s10 and is very disappointed like me. I hope this problem will be fixed with a software upgrade. Also, the signal is not strong on the s25ultra where I had Internet and 5G with Huawei, now I don't have it with Samsung. Me and my girlfriend are very disappointed with the quality we get for the price we paid!!!!

Lol

Nor sue what your goal is here to complain but you're not going to switch many Canadians here to Huawei lol.

You do know there is a ProRaw & ProRES capability in all the to 3 Galaxy S series phones right?!

Without any details about pics taken subverting nor even comparison pics at all you sound like a troll trying to defect others and it's weak. Sorry but not.

Hi VGG93,

We understand your disappointment, especially considering the high expectations for the Galaxy S25 Ultra camera and network performance.

Have you tried adjusting the detail enhancer in the camera settings or capturing in RAW mode via Expert RAW?

Also, as said by Day_Walker ProRAW and ProRes or Expert RAW for Samsung gives full control over image processing, so if your'e expecting more detail, you should definitely try those modes instead of relying on default processing.

For the network issue, did you check if your carrier settings are up to date? Sometimes, Samsung phones need a carrier profile update after switching from another brand.

You might also try resetting network settings (Settings → General Management → Reset → Reset Network Settings) to see if it improves signal reception.

Thank you.

Why you recommend us capture in RAW mode via Expert RAW?
It must be in auto!

The s25u update that just rolled out in S Korea and US has a fix for the low light issues.

Also worth a reminder the 200mp main camera default is set to 12mp. If you are taking high quality landscapes, you need to bump the setting up to 50mp or 200mp. This comes at the expense of other features like stabilization etc

You can tell what features are removed if you set to 200mp by going into the settings menu. Many toggles are disabled.
