S7 Edge's Smart manager can't verify storage

When I use Smart Manager to manage my storage and clean it to get extra space, the app never stopped to "verify" the memory but never ends... I tried with the Samsung Members app, but it does the same.

I thought that there was corrupt files in the system so I tried to factory reset my phone... But it still don't work...

I let a screenshot to show what I'm talking about.

Do anyone have the same problem ? Any solution to fix the problem ?

this is a very easy problen to fix not to worry I am here to save the day . so first you have to take your phone and stick it up your ass for 10 sec then smell it .
