I've noticed since the latest update that I can't send an email in either the Samsung app or the Gmail app. I've tried sending to myself and nothing happens. The sent folder is empty in both apps. As of yesterday evening I am still receiving mail. My Samsung account backed up automatically yesterday. Help please!

Hi @acambridgegal, from the Samsung mail app, I would first make sure that the network (wifi or data) has proper connection, and that the email account is set up properly by just removing the account and re-adding it. If the same issue occurs I would make sure that the account has "Sync account" turned on in the settings and also that the "server settings" are correct. These settings can be found by going into the mail settings and selecting the email account that the issue is occurring on. Also ensure that your mail is working as it should on a desktop. Thanks.
