note: screen replacement including the super amoled panel

If the Samsung Service Centre in lowyat isn't your option, you could try search "Oggy LCD Glass Repair" in fb. Messager ask for a quotation.

Do Samsung still provide S8 screen tho, I've googled and they do not provide S8 screen replacement in Malaysia and how much if it has?

Well you could walk-in samsung centre to ask if they have or could order the part for you. Price ain't going to be cheap so be prepared for it. I've last changed the LCD+Battery for my old S8+ in 2018. Price was RM808.30 for display, 139.80 for battery and RM35.20 for the water resistant tape. Labor costs was RM80. If I were to use S9 display as gauge then I would approx the price around RM600~650 for the S8 display, RM20~30 for the water resistant tapes and the constant RM80 for Labor costs. You could also ask Oggy for a quotation for comparison sake.
