Galaxy SObviously is not your photo and video problem. You have 58GB apps. You need to remove some apps to free up the space. Unfortunately you cannot move apps to SD card anymore. Therefore, uninstall some apps that you are not in use or rarely use may help.

Galaxy SSorry to hear that. You can check if your phone let you do it or not.
Open Settings -> Apps -> Click on 3rd party apps
See if you have the button "Move to SD card" If you do, you can move that app to SD Card. If not, that means the app developer or the system not allow you to do it. Since I got my Note8, I have no seen this features on my for at least 4 years now. I hope it still happen on some small storage phones. Check it out and see if you have that option or not. If not, you need to clear some apps from your internal storage.
