Samsung 24 Ultra :Battery draining fast/overheating and charging slow

It's not even a month (27days to be precise) that I got my new phone, and I'm experiencing way too slow charging and battery draining like no tomorrow. I have done wipe cache from loading screen, checked if any app doing overuse (found none), using optimized settings to put non using apps to deep sleep. It's happening from 10 days, I think after some update. 

Anyone facing similar issues of overheating, quick battery draining and slow charging even with fast charging mode and original samsung charger?

Also, does attached screenshot makes sense?

Since it is still in a month period, it's better to talk to Samsung technical team on the issue and to get a replacement due to it could be a bad apple in basket unfortunately you got it.

Yep, that's the plan. Have initiated the feedback via log reporting awaiting update.. here was just wondering if others have same issue too with ultra

It was better in first 20 days then with some update it just got worst. I was thinking maybe it's some new update bug but if it's not common to all might be something I need to review further then. Hope it's not the -30 temperature kick we had last week 😅

Same issue with my s23 ultra. Got it in January for my birthday. Not sure who to contact. Had surgery in February. Missed the 1 month period. My phones have always been Samsung except for the one before this. Shockingly that phone battery lasts almost a week.
