Am I this only one with issues with multiple Samsung accessories?

First the screen protector for my s23 ultra comes with a defect in the plastic and am refused a refund because I didn't contact them 48 hours after delivery. I received the protector 4 days before my actual phone so was impossible to do so. Then I put a review that never got published.

Now my silicon case is starting to reveal the plastic underneath and they give me the same 48 hour blah blah. I've had many cases over the years and they've all lasted through the life of the phone except this one at only a few days.

Samsung should standby their accessories especially that they are a fraction of the amounts we invest in their electronics.

I've attached photos.

Just came off, no drops or anything

The bubbles came out but both had those lines permanent

I submitted a review. Let's see if they actually publish it this time.

Here is the product page:

I published a review for the screen protector almost 3 weeks ago and nothing. They are hiding bad reviews.

My goodness are Samsung real cheaters. I even just received an email about my s22 trade in that they re-evaluated the trade in from 325 to 130. They say the phone has damage on the front glass. The phone was in 100 percent perfect condition. Big time cheaters!

Real **bleep**ers. I rejected the offer and now I'm most likely going to have them returning a phone they probably damaged. Screw them honestly.

I had the exact same experience. I rejected the trade-in offer and returned the S23 Ultra too. Now have my old S22 Ultra and honestly I'm not missing anything besides the slightly longer battery life and honestly that alone is not worth 1300 bucks that I would have had to pay when considering the additional cost from the readjusted trade-in value.

What did they say the issue was and when you got the phone back was there actually the damage mentioned? Cause I'm worried they scratched it now and that I'll be getting a device back in a worst condition then it was send.

Attached are images of the phone before I sent it and the crappy quality images they posted showing the damage. To be honest it's impossible to tell if it's really my phone in the image. If they had at least posted a photo of the back then I'd maybe know as it's a unique color. That's the picture of mine, they wanted to shave almost 70% off the trade-in value because of that scratch, the scratch is so negligible that you have to shine light at a specific angle to even see it. You will see it is not visible on the 2nd picture. Any way I rejected the offer got my phone back and ultimately returned the S23 Ultra like I said. With the One Ui 5.1 upgrade honestly can't tell the difference other than the battery but I am quite happy that Samsung's poor customer service forced me to save my money.Screenshot_20230303_103958_Samsung Members_1000015800_1677857998.jpgimage_jpeg_1000015803_1677858252.jpg

It says I only have 15 days to return the device which is past by a couple of days. I'll call Samsung and see if there is anything I can do but I think I'm just setting myself up for more frustration.
