Samsung Account Change of Country

Can someone advise on how I can change my country in my profile. I have been trying but am not able to

Hi @VictorBP ,

To change the Country/Region of your Samsung Account, you would need to head to:

• account.samsung.com
• Click on Profile
• Click Edit personal information
• Click Country or region
• Select the desired Country/Region, then click Change
• Read the information provided on the screen regarding what will happen once you change Country/Region and click the Checkbox to agree to the terms

 If you choose to change your Country/Region but then decide that you would like to revert back to your original Country/Region, you must wait 6 months (180 days) before you can change countries again.

Does this have to be done on a computer? Unable to do it on ny mobile!!

Hi @VictorBP ,

You don't have to access a PC to change your Country/Region, but you do have to do it on a web browser. If you don't have a PC handy, you can always open your phone web browser and just enter the address I have given you above and follow the steps.
