I tried more than 5 times to sign into my Samsung account. I've tried to reset the password please help i think it has my previous number on it asks for two step verification and somehow it doesn't let me sign in. Please help
Hi Kamalpreet, Did you download the backup codes? It is always recommended to save your backup codes. You can use them(once per code) to verify your identity if you have a problem with receiving codes via SMS or lost your phone. You can either save the codes for later use or generate new ones.
