Samsung Camera - Tap to Scan

This always worked well for me but lately, it still allows me to tap to scan but the image does not display for me to crop etc. Is this a wider problem or is it something I need to do to correct it.

Hi Tao77, I suggest you to reset the camera application settings and write back to us if the issue still persists:

1. Open the camera application.

2. Tap Settings

3. Tap General.

4. Select Reset and Yes.
