Samsung Canada just wanted to share how I'm disappointed in your customer service, you have no royalty program and even though through my account you see i have been a royal customer throughout all the Samsung products that I have bought and registered not once over the years that you sent any sort appreciation gesture in any form and personally i didnt look for one, it simply didn't hit or rub me in a bad way until just recently when you failed to show sincere effort in trying to meet your promises for my S22 Ultra pre-order saying simply that its me who ordered the special executive color that now takes over 5 weeks to be processed when that was not the case when I placed the order before Feb 14th and if that was then case how come after a month of waiting that another 4 weeks is still needed!!!

Sadly I had to cancel the order simply cuz on principle you don't feel any commitment or obligation towards honoring shipments or delivery date at least not for small time consumers like myself, though I've always enjoyed top quality products little left to say about your customer service

Absolutely agree with you. I don’t think I will be pre ordering with Samsung any more going forward. It has been a real disappointment

I'd definitely say you should still stick around with samsung. Just not pre ordering cuz they're extremely bad at it. I've always waited till its actually released to buy. Gives more hope it'll show up on time

I wish corporates respect their commitments towards individuals as they do with vendors!! You know what killed it for me was simply their indifference the order sat there for 4 weeks before it was looked, maybe I could have waited for another 4 weeks 

I hope this is not everyone experience , but thought to share it

Unfortunately, that's a fact for mostly everyone in this thread. Samsung consciously cutting their loyal consumers and definitely need to learn of the word "preorder" actually meant something.

Absolutely, especially with the One UI the phones became more stable and the lagging or hanging that usually experienced with old models kinda disappeared but overall I couldn't sallow their indifference when I was chatting with them as if I only placed the order a week ago !!

Agree with you. My order was feb 9th and simple black color and at the moment does not have estimated date and the process bar still say ordered placed. I will move to other Android brands.
