Samsung Care Plus super delayed activation - pre ordered with Galaxy S24

I am really disappointed and pissed off because my order of Samsung Care plus is still in processing stage. I really don't know what causes too much delay on Samsung Canada. I haven't experienced this when I availed Apple Care plus. I waited for almost 10 days already, made several follow ups with lots of promises from Samsung agent. I am now afraid that I will experience a lots of delays when time comes I need repair. Here in Nova Scotia there is NO SAMSUNG EXPERIENCE STORES at any malls across Nova Scotia. My Galaxy s24 plus is my first Samsung phone coming from iPhone. I hope Samsung Members team can raise this problem to Samsung management so other users won't experience this delays.

I have not had Care+ activated either on two S24 phones purchased. I'm still getting a countdown to purchase it. In addition, still no trade-in email on one of two trade-ins.

I think they are having problems with activation. Samsung Canada should address this as soon as possible. Samsung agents cannot do anything and they just sending email for follow ups to Samsung Care plus department.

Same here. I ordered the care+ few days after I got the phone, then one week later I asked the Samsung agents what's going on. They told me there's a problem with the billing info and let me reorder the care+ service which I did, then still nothing today, no activation, no emails(trade in email as well), lmao

Same here lol, they got my money but i still have to wait (contacted their chat CS several times). Not sure how long it's going to take, such a bad service. (Samsung Vietnam)
