- Press and hold on Email icon
- Click App info
- Click Storage
- Click Clear data and clear cache
***You will need to setup your Gmail account again since above action will reset Samsung Email app to default.

Please follow the below steps to permanently delete photos/Videos from your Recycle Bin.
- Open gallery.
- Touch the three dots at the top right corner.
- Select recycle bin from the list.
- Inside recycle bin touch the three dots on the top right and select empty recycle bin and confirm or select the photos and videos and delete.
Note: If you have sent an image to the Trash in the Gallery app, it will be permanently deleted after 30 days.
