I have an S20FE and I cannot clear my recycle bin. Every time I delete multiple emails, it will say they're deleted, but then they all come back, weird. They are Gmail addresses. I uninstalled the app, then reinstalled it, but the same thing happens.

Hi thebrez,

Try the following:

- Press and hold on Email icon
- Click App info
- Click Storage
- Click Clear data and clear cache

***You will need to setup your Gmail account again since above action will reset Samsung Email app to default.

Thank you so much, but I managed to clear it, but I don't know how I did it, lol. But I will keep that info you gave me for the next time. Again thank you kindly and have a great day.

Hi Sunny12345,

Please follow the below steps to permanently delete photos/Videos from your Recycle Bin.

- Open gallery.

- Touch the three dots at the top right corner.

- Select recycle bin from the list.

- Inside recycle bin touch the three dots on the top right and select empty recycle bin and confirm or select the photos and videos and delete.

Note: If you have sent an image to the Trash in the Gallery app, it will be permanently deleted after 30 days.
