I noticed aftet a recent Samsung Email App update ( mid July 2020) i am no longer able to send emails. Incoming is fine . They just go to the outbox and stay there . Two accounts set up on the App and neither send but both receive .

How you connect your email service? POP3? IMAP? Or Exchange ActiveSync?

Which email service provider you use? If you don't mine tell us. Thanks.

Hi mds8, I recommend you try remove the mail account and re-add them. Since all your email is not stored in your phone, remove and re-add accounts should be fine.

Hi mds8,

Please check if outgoing server settings are correct. You can check with your email service provider. If they are fine, try clear cache and data for the email app. When you perform clear data the app would be restored to its factory defaults, you need to set up email accounts again.
Go to settings >> Apps >> Email >> storage >> Clear cache and Data of the Email app.
