Galaxy SSamsung is now charging for the replacement of the screen protector. Instead of one free replacement in the first 12 months as mentioned on their website, it is now reduced to the first three months.
After the 1st free replacement, it will colse about $100 CAD each time. Samsung's website hasn't been updated with this information yet, but Samsung experience stores started applying this.
This is fraud, and it should be illegal.
I called Samsung multiple times and they suggested I send my phone in and wait 2&3 weeks for screen protector replacement for free!
I can't part with my ONLY phone for 2-3 weeks!
And I don't want to pay $100 for a screen protector
.I've been chasing them for ages trying to talk to someone or fix this mess
My screen protector started peeling off literally two months after use! So this means I'll need to pay $100 every two months to replace it
What can I do?

Just to confirm, have you visited Samsung authorized service center for Z Flip4 screen protector replacement?
Can you please provide us the service center details. So that, we will escalate the issue to the concerned team.

Yes I have, the Eaton centre one. They told me they recieved instructions from Samsung to start charging for the screen protector replacement. It is no longer one free replacement for the first 12 months, it's the first three months now.
