Galaxy SHello Samsung,
I'm a technical engineer in IT for the past 8 years. My music from internal storage got erased twice by Samsung. I see Samsung has given no response or have taken any ownership of this issue. This is happening in multiple countries. I need an answer to my problem otherwise no use me using this phone. I feel like Samsung is letting things go and not focussing on problems. I will follow up with all Samsung higher ups unless I get some solution. This is not an one time problem.

Just to re-iterate the level of seriousness of this issue. My music tracks are 1 hour to 3 hours long customized in a Audio software with pitch tuned to certain frequencies. It's a treasure you cannot find anywhere unless I customize sound tracks the way I did before. So this is equal to money stolen from my bank account

Galaxy SHi rt1111, we suggest you to perform safe mode. IN Safe Mode, your phone will not run any third-party apps. This allows you to easily identify and remove the app that may be causing the problem.
To enter Safe Mode, please perform the following:
1.First, completely power off the phone.
2.Then, power on the phone and when the Samsung logo appears, press and hold down the Volume down key.
