Unable to add the BTS theme onto my Samsung S23 Ultra eventhough I still have remaining downloads. Recently switched from Samsung S20+ to S23 Ultra, and the theme is still available on my old device, so I assume it's not expired.
No solution but I am having the same problem. I upgraded to the s23 from S10 and the new phone says the theme content isn't compatible. Did you ever find out how to fix this? 😭
