Does anyone encountered overheating while using camera? Taking photos especially when taking videos?

Thank you for sharing your camera experience here, using your Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G with overheating issues while using the video.

You can follow below troubleshooting steps.

A) But first, please check how to update your mobile device's software in the following order.

Step 1. Go to Settings > Software update.
Step 2. Tap on Download and install.
Step 3. Follow the on-screen instructions.

B) Restarting your device.

Press and hold the Power key and the Volume down key simultaneously for more than 7 seconds to restart it.

C) Reset the camera app.

Open the Camera app > and then tap Settings > Swipe to and tap Reset settings, and then tap Reset

D) Clear the Camera App Data and Cache.

Open Camera App Icon > Press the "i" button, scroll to Storage > press "Clear data" and "Clear cache".

E) Report CAMERA error through Samsung Members app.

Step 1. Long press Samsung Members icon on Apps screen and Tap Error reports.

Step 2.Tap OK on agreement popup for sending system log data.

Step 3. Select Symptom category. Tap "Camera".

Step 4. Describe problem in detail and SEND.

F) If this error after an update, report "Settings/System" through Samsung Members app.

Step 1. Long press Samsung Members icon on Apps screen and Tap Error reports.

Step 2.Tap OK on agreement popup for sending system log data.

Step 3. Select Symptom category. Tap "Settings/System".

Step 4. Describe problem in detail and SEND.

if you are recording via 4k or 1080p, and the video is more than 30mins the cp will get hot due to the recording process, since the phone is not built to record that long, if your cp gets hot even during picture taking then its an hardware issue
