samsung galaxy s21 ultra issues

After the latest update on my galaxy s21 ultra front camera portrait mode stop working. 

And rear camera portrait also uses main 108 lens, end results are soft looking portrait photos 

it should use 3x telephoto lens to take portrait shots. Like apple does.

Try clearing cache & data for the camera & reboot. See if that resolves the problem. 

If not, go to the Interactive tests on Samsung Members app & test the camera. If there's no issues from the test, you can try Booting into Recovery & wipe cache for the phone. You won't lose anything by wiping cache.

Did you go to the Interactive tests on Samsung Members app & test the camera?
