Galaxy STry clearing cache & data for the camera & reboot. See if that resolves the problem.
If not, go to the Interactive tests on Samsung Members app & test the camera. If there's no issues from the test, you can try Booting into Recovery & wipe cache for the phone. You won't lose anything by wiping cache.
